Registering for iSellMyTextbook signifies that you agree to follow the terms of use outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this site. iSellMyTextbook reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these terms at any time and will notify users on the website at such times; continued use of the site signifies your agreement to the modified terms.

REGISTRATION

User agrees to provide accurate and updated information during registration. iSellMyTextbook will NOT sell, rent, or disclose any user information. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Registration is open for those who attend or will attend an educational institution within the US. Users under the age of 13 and those who intend to use the site for commercial use (bookstore representative, those profiting from selling textbooks that were purchased not for the use in classes) are prohibited from using the site.

LISTINGS

iSellMyTextbook cannot make any claims as to the accuracy of the content posted within book listings. User agrees that iSellMyTextbook cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or outdate information. User also agrees to provide accurate data when prompted and will update information as needed. Deliberate providing of false or offensive information warrants the iSellMyTextbook staff to modify the information or terminate your account at its discretion.

RESTRICTIONS

Users agree to purchase and sell textbooks only within their institution or the institution closest in proximity of the users’ current location. Any activity across institutions for the purpose of fraud will result in suspension or removal of the users’ account altogether.

By using iSellMyTextbook you agree to indemnify the site’s officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of your breach or alleged breach of this agreement.
